Grand Opening: The Memorial Garden

The Memorial Park Association invites the community to join them for the official unveiling of their newest addition to the park, the Memorial Garden. It lists the names of The Florida Fallen, honoring the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice serving in World War I. Along with honoring the fallen, the garden details the park’s storied history, and thanks the donors, both individuals and institutions, who help preserve this special place for future generations.

This free event will kick off at 3 p.m. with the Memorial Garden dedication ceremony, followed by live music, food trucks and family-friendly entertainment, including a trackless train and visit from Santa. Once the sun sets, traditional Luminaria festivities will begin.
