ADOPT THE PARK SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

2016-2017

Dear Business Community Leader,

On behalf of the Memorial Park Association,  we want to thank you for considering our “Adopt the Park” program from May 2016 through April 2017.

Memorial Park plays a vital role in our community and a partnership with you will ensure that it will continue to be a source of legacy for generations to come.

The Memorial Park Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Florida non-profit entity dedicated to the protection and preservation of Memorial Park in Jacksonville, Florida. It was created in 1986 by a group of park enthusiasts and local philanthropists concerned with Memorial Park’s persistent state of decline and disrepair, just a year after Memorial Park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Riverside (now Riverside-Avondale) National Historic District.

The Association is in a time of great growth as we raise awareness in the community about who we are and the intrinsic value Memorial Park has for the community and especially our North Bank businesses. We are enthused over our latest prospects and hopeful you will share an interest to support the work we do in the park.

Again, thank you for considering what sponsorship can mean for Memorial Park, our community, and your business.

Most Sincerely,

Alden Howell                                                         Robin H. Patton
