Pieces of Memorial Park’s 600-foot-long balustrade were salvaged after Hurricane Irma and are now available. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Memorial Park Association and will be used for park maintenance.
There are small pieces (a “bookend” or “paperweight”), medium pieces (half a baluster, missing a top), and full pieces (complete with both a top and bottom which could be used as a base for a birdbath or plant stand).
A minimum donation of $25 is requested for the small pieces, $50-$75 for medium pieces and $150-$200 donation be given for the larger full pieces depending on the condition.
